唐山齿轮集团有限公司是1999年由唐山齿轮厂改制后成立的国有大型综合型企业，是国内汽车零部件行业大型骨干企业之一。主导产品和经营范围包括汽车变速器及其零部件、分动器、工程齿轮、减速机、煤炭机械等专用设备的制造与销售；汽车配件贸易；金融担保业务等。
唐齿集团实行母子公司管理体制，现有3个全资子公司、1个控股子公司、1个参股子公司，总资产6.5亿元。拥有齿轮加工、热处理、铸造、铆焊、检测、试验、计量设备1500多台。具有省级技术中心1个，市级技术中心1个。唐齿集团各制造子公司均具备先进的生产制造、工艺控制和质量保证能力，分别通过了ISO9001：2000质量管理体系和ISO/TS16949质量管理体系认证。

Tangshan Gear Group Ltd (TGG), one of the largest key enterprises of the domestic auto parts industry, is a state-owned synthesis enterprise group reformed of Tangshan Gear Factory (TGF) in 1999. The leading products and business scope are: manufacture and sale of automobile spare parts, engineering gears, coal machinery and other special purpose equipments; auto parts trade; guarantee service, etc.
TGG implements parent-subsidiary corporate management system. We have three soly owned subsidiaries, 0ne share-held subsidiaries, and one joint-funded subsidiaries, the total assets is 650 million Yuan RMB. We have more than 1100 sets equipments such as gear cutting, heat treatment, foundry, rivet welding and the necessary check-out facilities, test equipments, gaging instruments. Also we have two provincial-level and one municipal-level technology centers. All the subsidiary companies have had ISO 9001, ISO 2000 and ISO/TS16949 certifications separately, which gives a guarantee to the production-manufacturing, process control and quality of products.
TGG inherited the enterprise culture from TGF that is the conscientious, the scientific rigour, the pursue to be remarkable, the strove for the survival in the crevice, TGG started a second pioneering after the Japanese investors acquired the main post-owned company Tangshan Aisin (Sino-Japanese joint venture) in 2003. Taking to serve the customers, to repay the shareholders, to develop the enterprise and to enhance the staff value as the objective, taking to construct the Tangshan specialized vehicle and the transmission and other automobile spare parts bases, as well to promote the Tangshan equipment manufacturing industry as the mission.
