At Honeywell Building Technologies HUE (Honeywell User Experience) studio, we are seeking for talented and passionate UX designers capable of creating amazing products and experiences.
As Sr. Advanced User Experience Designer, you’ll have a chance to showcase your innovative UX design experience and know-how in a global environment. To help build, shape, and provide overall User Experience leadership for Honeywell and ensure our leadership in this emerging and rapidly growing industry.

Responsibilities
? Create elegant and easy to use interaction designs.
? Design sitemaps, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX deliverables.
? Use our design pattern library to create experience designs for products.
? Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing to define product experience.
? Lead design brainstorming and review sessions.
? Participate in user research activities and incorporate insights into UXD deliverables.
? Mentor junior UX team members.
? Foster a design culture within the organization.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor or Master in Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Sociology or related field with overseas experience as a plus.
Minimum 7+ years of UX experience in design thinking/user centered design.
English as working language.
WE VALUE
? Demonstrable proficiency with design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Invision, Illustrator, etc.).
? Has facilitated design sessions and use iterative design techniques to synthesize findings and feedback into an informed experience design.
? Solid knowledge of user research, interaction design, rapid prototyping and visual design.
? Familiar with Lean UX and/or Agile software development processes and how UX integrates.
? Produced fully elaborated page-level wireframes, interface behavior / design specifications, user profiles, scenarios or activity flows, site maps and/or design patterns.
? Able to focus on design detail and ascertain user value and impact as part of their software experience.
? Creative, curious, questioning, open to take and provide critiques
? Interest in learning best practices for user research, user testing, visual design, and interaction design.
? Strong communication and collaboration skills.
? Would feel competent working on complex B2B applications and solutions.
? A design portfolio that demonstrates the understanding of interaction or visual design is a must.
