岗位信息

Client Loyalty Operation:
· Be the key account for planning and execute all group brands loyalty program.
· Strategically create lifecycle management campaign, regular member communications, and various member activations as part of seasonal campaigns.
· Manage and work efficiently with cross-functional teams and agency on project planning and deployment and integrate with loyalty program activity calendar through all channels.
· Manage daily operations and related guideline with updated guideline and SOP.
· Develop affinity partnership, detect cooperation opportunities, define the action plan for client prospection and monitor ROI.
· Share regular best practices of competitors.

Analytics:
· Conduct analysis of data and client communication to step ahead in driving client engagement.
· Monitor and evaluate CRM program and campaign effectiveness and success by clear KPIs and ROI.
· Track social media practices, monitor hot social spots, and provide recommendations to improve client interaction and to empower stakeholders.
· Manage regular reviews to evaluate and share opportunities and learning.

Project Management:
· Plan and manage budget to achieve the desired brand performance and to ensure compliance to company objectives.
· Lead CRM/SCRM project to lift up client’s participation and satisfaction.
· Be familiar with new trend including CRM, digital, social media etc.
· Manage regular reviews on related budget.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
· Bachelor degree or above, with at least 3 years’ experience in luxury retail / fashion, specialized in client marketing on social media related, specifically in SCRM projects.
· Hands on experience and proficiency in CRM and business intelligence tools.
· Applied analytics sensibility with proven ability to make profitable decisions based on data.
· Strong communication, interpersonal and project management skills.
· Strong Knowledge of CRM.
· Good team player, at ease with transversal and multi-sites organization.
· Chinese native, with good English in both written and spoken.
