IBM i (formerly known as i5/OS, OS400, AS/400) is one of important IBM Operation Systems which is running on an IBM Power Systems？ offers a highly scalable and virus resistant architecture. It also integrates a trusted combination of relational database, security, Web services, networking and storage management capabilities. Running applications based on i has helped numerous customers over three decades to focus on innovation and delivering new value to their business.
CSL IBM i team which was founded in 2005 and had about 80 members by now. We have local experts on architecture, design, quality assurance, performance tuning and analysis, we also play very important role on the influence to IBM i customer in China. We will provide training from basic IBM i knowledge to advanced Cloud, AI, Blockchain technologies, the employee will not only grow up with the strongest IBM i skills, but also contribute to the transformation of IBM i, have chance to touch IBM products and latest solution for top 500 enterprise in the world.
Your Role and Responsibilities
-Application layout, release and app life cycle management based on kubernetes platform
-Life cycle management of microservices
-Development and testing of multi cloud management platform
-Management of CI / CD development process
-Development and testing of cloud native applications
-Collaborative management and application development of virtual machine and container
-Contribute to the open source community
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
-Bachelor’s degree and above-Solid skills on at least one programming language like C/C++, Java, or Python, Go-Development experiences on Linux/Unix, system programming skill is a plus-Familiar with SQL -Understanding on software development process and popular methodology, e.g. Agile
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
-Good communication skills, strong interpersonal skills preferred-Creative thinking and problem solving skills are strongly preferred-Self-motivated and passionate-Good team player and quick learner
