PURPOSE STATEMENT
To assist China BioP Sales team with administrative tasks and a variety of specific duties to ensure its smooth operation and high efficiency; To enhance the quality and efficiency of the sales administrative processes.
To effectively manage relationships between internal and external parties related to sales business operation.
To act as a contact window between sales and customers.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead internal cross-department projects, especially in process improvement
Provide admin support on bidding documents preparation
Handle various sales report collection and analysis
Process applications for various documents for internal approval; assist in documents chop, keep and file
Customer related letters draft and communicate
Provide guide and support to new employee’s on-board procedure in sales team
Assist in customer visit arrangement if applicable
Organize sales meetings and take meeting minutes, responsible for the materials preparation, agenda planning, book meeting room, onsite coordination etc.
Delivery support for region’s customer docs/gifts/promotions etc.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or above, minimum 3 years sales operations experience with 2 years team management experience
Fluency of English and Excellent written and oral communications skills
Able to work in a collaborative environment
Self-confident, ability to accept and respond to challenges in a positive manner
Effective interpersonal skills dealing with people at various levels and in a variety of functions
Excellent problem-solving skills
Computer literacy is essential, including intermediate MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Internet
Attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated
