Responsibility:
1) Carry out various tasks including therapeutic antibody lead selection, optimization, format development, and engineering to support discovery programs and the advancement of lead molecules into the clinic.
2) Design and execute experiments to generate and optimize monoclonal antibodies and fusion proteins.
3) Be capable of multi-task processing and work on various projects in parallel, and responsible for trouble shooting and delivery task in timely manner
4) Communicate and interact with colleagues from other functional areas or CRO to solve project related issues or challenges
5) Interpret and summarize experimental data, present results at project meeting
6) Maintain appropriate experimental records and documentation
Requirement:
1) Ph.D. in a biological science plus at >3 years’ industrial experience in antibody generation and engineering areas, such as hybridoma, phage display, yeast display, bispecific antibody development.
2) Excellent communication and leadership skills with a deep commitment to working as part of teams
3) Solid record of accomplishments and publications
4) Strong capabilities in experimental design, execution, and data interpretation
5) Good command of both verbal and written English
