RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical service for Plastics, Technical powder, Defoamer and Catalyst applications
• Cooperate efficiently with sales and marketing colleagues to gain more new customers and business
• Identify new technical trends/opportunities for chemical industry
• Provide technical training for sales colleagues and distributors
• Contribute AT expertise for business developments for the respective region from AT point of view.
• Cross department activities to find more business opportunities.
• Represent AT-expertise at exhibitions, fairs, conference, conventions, etc.
• Technical cooperation with professors / universities for the new developing applications
• Arrange lab experiments / activities to find out good technical solutions for customers
• Resolve customer complaints by analysis of the technical origin and help to minimize financial impact
• Participate regional or global project as team member to dig out more potential opportunities
• Act responsibly regarding ESH policy in the lab, including but not limited to: chemical legal compliance, permit/license, incident/near miss reporting and investigation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master degree in Chemistry or related technical field. 
• Knowledge in plastics, defoamer or catalyst applications, but not mandatory. 
• Working experience as technical service > 5 years, with hands-on lab test experience. 
• Good analytical skill, communication and team spirit.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
