About the role

As a Producer, you drive the delivery of the highest-quality game while monitoring budget and schedule.

At Ubisoft, creativity and collaboration are the key to make attractive games; with thorough knowledge of Project Management, Team Leadership, and video game production processes, you can make it happen by lead and motivate teams to do what they are doing best, ensuring communication between the different parties and ensuring that the development resources are focused on the right areas.

What you will do

• Define, present and follow up on the development strategy for the game;
• Help define the scope and deliverables of the project;
• Form and manage the project’s roadmap, resourcing plan, schedule, and budget;
• Build your team by work closely with support functions and other producers within Ubisoft group during team ramp up & down;
• Act as a role model, coach the core team to thrive to success in their field of work;
• Present project updates internally & externally as a spokesperson;
• Manage risks and work out contingency plans

What you should be equipped with

• Years of experience in the production of video games and experience of shipping high-quality games as a Producer/Project;
• Results focus and ability to work effectively under pressure;
• An influential people leader, with prior experience in managing large team with various disciplines;
• Excellent presentation, organization, time management, and cross-department communication skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in English and Mandarin;
• Strong passion for video games.

• 作为榜样，指导核心团队在他们的工作领域取得成功；
• 作为发言人在集团内部和外部展示项目更新；
• 管理风险并制定应急计划

你需要具备

• 多年的视频游戏制作经验，以制作人的角色交付高质量游戏的经验；
• 结果导向，在压力下能有效工作的能力；
• 作为有影响力的领导者，具有管理多工种、大型团队的经验；
• 优秀的演讲、组织、时间管理和跨部门沟通技巧；
• 优秀的中英文书面和口头沟通能力；
• 对视频游戏的强烈热情。
