Job Duties:
a) coordinating with agents for daily corporate filing
i. amendment of board members;
ii. change of legal rep, legal address, etc.;
b) Review and update internal legal documents, contract templates, etc.
c) updating and filing corporate documents, including
i. board resolutions re signatory authority
ii. power of attorney for various scenarios
d) reviewing commercial contracts Providing assistance to lawyers with any possible duties
Education and qualification required:
1. Bachelor degree and above, Master degree is preferred.
2. Experience in legal department is a plus
3. Proactive and passionate
Experience required:
Experience in legal department is a plus;
Perfer undergraduate junior student.
