岗位信息
? Independently design and execute instrumental/clinical efficacy study based on test brief with compliance to ethics and local regulation. Analyze and interpret study results to find product strength and identify opportunity areas to brief project team.
? Leverage internal and external capabilities to develop new method for product evaluation, including but not limited to clinical/instrumental method and protocols, digital tools, hybrid methods.
? Actively contribute to skin tone management evaluation architecture improvement based on strong biological understanding to melanogenesis as well as solid background in clinical evaluation.
? Lead and share the development of roadmaps on key initiatives, new method development and new knowledge learning with domestic and international partners. Seize opportunity to deploy methods in different teams and different countries.
? Collaborate with project manager, formulation, regulation and marketing teams to promote internal knowledge to consumer and create relevant claims mainly for skincare categories, but also covers makeup and hair.
? Interpret internal method/result and CSAR related methods, be the technical voice for related method standard development within the industry.
1. Master degree or above in a major of Optics, Physics, Biology, Pharmacy, medical, engineering related
2.At least 6 years’ experience in product evaluation for cosmetic industry
3. Fluent English in both verbal and written
4.Microsoft Office (Especially Excel, ppt)Statistical analysis, Image analysis is a plus
5.Good presentation and communication skills in both English and Chinese for internal stakeholders sharing, international clinical team discussing and congress presentation.
6.Good knowledge on skin biology, especially on skin tone area
7. Familiar with CSAR requirement
8.Expertise on Color science, Optics, Imaging, or Algorithm development is a plus.
9.Team management experience is a plus.
