1.Support BD team by translational medicine focusing on the discovery and validation of biomarkers contributing to CDx and new drug development, as well as collect clients’ needs and convert into professional proposals.
2.Prepare translational science proposals in a timely manner and with high quality.
3.Establish and execute external collaborations with pharmaceutical companies, biotech, academic laboratories, and hospitals.
4.Carry out translational medicine services in accordance with supervisor's advice.
Position Requirements:
1.Have work experience in the fields of immuno-oncology and CRO services provided for biopharma companies with antibody-based drugs, oncolytic viruses, tumor vaccines, and immune cell therapy such as CAR-T and TCR-T cells therapies.
2.Have PhD degree in biomedical sciences and at least 3 years of excellent experience in basic medical researches and clinical studies.
3.Have the ability of independently designing the research proposals discovering biomarkers and CDx required for clinical trials of new anti-tumor reagents, such as immune checkpoint inhibitors and other therapeutics for cancers.
4.Make PPT and give presentations at conferences, plus be able to write grants and SCI papers.
5.Have good verbal and written communication skills at all business levels.
6.Fluency in English and Mandarin, proficient in English.
