1.Job Focus

This position is the focal of UOP China to in charge of a wide range of commercial excellence, sales operation.

2. Principal Responsibilities

- Run similar reports, but on GBE level (UPT, LST, Hydrogen, SUOP, Callidus, STS), on a weekly or bi-weekly basis

- Run similar reports for key BTIs of UPT, on a weekly or bi-weekly basis

ROTF by verticals (e.g. IOS, ORP, etc.)

STS by verticals (e.g. eco-fining, plastic circularity, CCUS, biomass, etc.)

- Convert SFDC to “Demand Generation” tables, for “Demand Generation” review meetings, on a bi-weekly basis

- Become SFDC champion for UOP China, aiming at train new users, run SFDC reports and make analysis, and improve the user experience of SFDC system.

- UPT Sales team weekly cadence meeting management. Weekly meeting notes preparation and distribution to local and global team. Monitoring critical projects weekly update, and R&O analysis.

- Provide support to the UPT team for bidding documents preparation and submission.

- Drive UPT sales excellence to achieve the target of sales behavior.

- Define monthly objectives, standardize business reporting and create dashboards for sales executives.

- UPT Order and pipeline management: Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales process and conversion rates throughout sales pipelines. Pipeline reports on

- Organize SFDC training regularly. Involves prioritizing major projects to make sure critical works gets accomplished.

- Customer event/meeting :Order and revenue recognition management, participate in discussion to set up sales target.

- Contract management: TA and Contract prereview.

Qualification:

- BS degree

- Good communication and data analysis skill

- Above 5- year experience in sales operation positions in multinational companies

- Self-motivated and excellent interpretational skills

- Willing and quick to learn

- Solid comprehensive problem-solving skills

- Aptitude in standard computer software, including Ms office suite and adobe acrobat

- Experience with SFDC application and use

- Well command of English both in oral and written
