岗位职责：
Strategic Development: Support the Leadership Team alongside Regional BD and investment teams to help articulate FIT’s strategic expansion priorities for overseas market trends and opportunities.
Corporate strategy collaboration for overseas fintech portfolio: Partner with deal teams to provide post-investment support for Tencent`s overseas fintech portfolio in accelerating growth from both a business and corporate development perspective, ensure the grounding of related operation resources and support the BD execution within whole global Tencent ecosystem
Key account Business Development: Explore and deepen corporations with key partners in Asia Pacific region, assist the leadership team to develop and manage key partners including but not limited to regulators, regional strategic partners, value chain partners and etc.
Cross Functional Coordination: Communicate with different areas of the organization to validate and coordinate market and product priorities at the corporate level.
岗位要求：
At least 10 years’ of experience in bulge-bracket investment banking / Payment industry / Buy-side firms / Consulting firms which demonstrates significant deal / corporate strategy / business development experience and a keen understanding of cross border payment industry; previous buy-side experience on leading/participation on large-scale M&A projects preferred
Relevant industry knowledge and appetite/curiosity for exploration and constant update on market and industry trends and their impact on Tencent FiT’s ecosystem
Familiarity with the Asia Pacific market and having a wide network of relationships across the fintech and payments ecosystem, venture capital, private equity and financial institutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills - ability to communicate findings in a compelling manner to internal and external audiences which include senior level executives
