成都育碧正在招聘软件工程师。你将加入的是一个为育碧全球游戏提供在线服务性能保证解决方案的团队。他们的目标是通过开发简单、易用、高可靠的系统和工具来移除性能测试背后复杂的技术及基础设施以帮助性能测试和性能优化人员快速地发现性能瓶颈并建议优化方案从而保证育碧全球游戏的性能提高玩家体验。

 你的主要工作： 

• 参与系统的需求分析及讨论；
• 参与系统的软件设计；
• 代码编写，对系统、模块、功能进行高质量地实现；
• 持续的重构代码，确保代码持续更新；
• 进行代码交叉评审，确保团队代码质量。

你需要具备：

• 扎实的计算机功底，参与过完整的软件开发项目；
• 熟练使用PYTHON语言及三方库；
• 熟练使用常用数据结构和算法；
• 熟练使用常见设计模式，了解常见重构方法；
• 熟练使用常用的并发技术，比如：多线程，多进程和协程；
• 良好的书面英语能力；

加分项：

• 熟悉Go开发相关技术者优先；
• 熟悉开源性能测试工具（比如：Locust）者优先；
• 熟悉CNCF相关技术或组件(Kubernetes, Prometheus, Open-tracing)者优先；
• 了解云计算（AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Cloud）相关技术者优先。

About the role

Ubisoft Chengdu is looking for an experienced and motivated programmer to join our team. We specialize in providing online performance assurance solutions for AAA games, used by Ubisoft worldwide. Our mission is to develop user-centric and stable systems and tools that are able to remove barriers such as complicated technologies and infrastructures behind performance assurance. The team devotes itself to optimizing and ensuring performance and capacity of online services, as well as allowing for quick and easy analysis of bottlenecks, thereby supporting the game teams to elevate game performance and player experience.

What you will do

• Take part into the requirement analysis and discussion with customer;
• Work with team members to design the features of system;
• Implement the specific features, modules, and up to sub systems with high code quality;
• Continuously refactor code to ensure the code update to date;
• Participate in code peer reviews and ensure the code quality of the system.

What you should be equipped with

• Strong foundation of computer knowledge, with solid experiences in software development project;
• Proficient in PYTHON and common 3rd part libraries;
• Proficient in concurrency related tech e.g., multithreading, multiprocessing and coroutine;
• Proficient in data structures and algorithms;
• Proficient in the use of common design patterns, familiar with common refactor methods;
• Good document writing skill in English.

Bonus points

• Experience in Go is a plus.
• Experience in open-source project is a plus.
• Experience in load testing tools (e.g., Locust) is a plus.
• Experience on technologies and components of CNCF (Kubernetes, Prometheus, Open-tracing) is a plus.
• Experience in Cloud Computing (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Cloud) is a plus.
