Harbour，是专门负责为育碧分布在全球的各个业务团队，提供标准化的在线技术产品解决方案和服务的部门。而我们是位于中国成都的Harbour APAC团队，负责支持育碧在亚太区域的业务，提供相应的产品解决方案和服务。

Wave是一个基于云的压力测试平台，旨在消除压力测试背后的复杂技术和基础设施等方面的障碍，帮助压力测试人员能够快速，轻松地分析性能瓶颈，从而支持游戏团队提升游戏性能和玩家体验.

你的主要工作

• 同Harbour团队的其它同事一起密切合作，开发和改善Harbour的产品和服务.
• 为运维团队的同事提供支持，包括但不限于产品的部署和线上问题的分析.
• 为支持游戏开发及其它团队的业务，开发相应的在线产品特性和服务
• 参与到中到大型的，复杂的跨团队的技术项目的开发
• 为系统的架构设计和必要的业务流设计撰写相应的的文档，提供给相应的受众参考

你需要具备

• 计算机，软件工程或相关专业的本科(或同等学历)及以上
• 三年及三年以上的后端服务开发，部署和运维经验
• 熟悉Python，并有用Python进行过项目开发的经验
• 熟悉Linux环境下的软件开发
• 熟悉MySQL或其它关系型数据库
• 熟悉多种中间件，例如Redis, RabbitMQ, Zookeeper
• 熟悉持续集成持续部署的工具，例如GitLab CI/CD
• 熟悉Docker

加分项

• 熟悉以下任意的公有云平台：AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure或阿里云
• 熟悉Docker, Kubernetes以及云原生的相关技术是一个额外的加分项
• 熟悉微服务架构以及分布式系统，并有相关的开发经验是一个额外的加分项

About the role

Ubisoft, a leading developer of video games, offers a unique environment where creativity, teamwork and cutting-edge technology bring to life critically acclaimed video games and iconic AAA franchises.

Harbour, online solutions at Ubisoft with global representation, supplies standardized online technology products and services to the Ubisoft production teams worldwide. We are Harbour APAC, a local presence in Asia based at the Chengdu studio, to support our online developments in the region.

Wave is a cloud-based load test platform, it aims to remove barriers such as complicated technologies and infrastructures behind load testing, to help load testers on quick and easy analysis of performance bottlenecks, thereby support the game teams to elevate game performance and player experience.

What you will do

• Work closely with other Harbour units to develop and improve Harbour products and services offer.
• Support operations teams in deployments and troubleshooting of Harbour services.
• Develop online services and features aimed at supporting games production and operations.
• Participate in medium to large-scale, complex, cross-functional technical projects.
• Contribute to the ongoing efforts to document systems architecture and flows for general and technical audiences.

What you should be equipped with

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent  
• Years of experience in web backend development, deployment and operations.
• Familiar with Python, with Python hands on development experience
• Familiar with software development under Linux.
• Familiar with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Familiar with various middleware, such as Redis, RabbitMQ, Zookeeper.
• Familiar with CICD tools like GitLab.
• Familiar with Docker.

Bonus point

• Familiar with one of the cloud infrastructures like AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure or Alibaba Cloud.
• Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud native technologies is a plus.
• Familiar with microservice architecture and distributed system, and related development experience is a plus.
