Job Summary 职位描述:

The Chuan distillery is Pernod Ricard’s first 100% invested malt whisky in China and this newly created position is to support the future growth of the brand in its product development & commercialization agenda.

The role holder is to act as the supply point of contact to work with a suite of internal and external stakeholders such as brand marketing, other Pernod Ricard affiliate, design agency, 3rd party manufactures and service providers to bring to world an end-to-end supply solutions such as packaging commercialization options, liquid readiness, route-to-consumer, etc., to deliver against the business objectives including timeline, COGS, and quality.

Key Responsibilities 关键职责:

1. Support the Brand’s innovation agenda & pipeline by driving the concept-to-commercialization projects and meeting the desired project targets such as timeline, cogs, quality & compliance to process;

2. Lead the supply workstreams including but not limited to Brand innovation, Supply R&D, distillation & production, 3rd party suppliers, bottling & logistics (internal or external) to deliver the full supply chain solution;

3. Partner with procurement team to develop a stable and trusted supplier base in packaging manufacturing ranging from bottle to closure to shipper case；

4. Act as key input in driving & shaping The Chuan’s packaging quality standards;

5. Support the business in identifying possible bottling options and develop quality standards for bottling execution;

6. Proactively engage and connect with a wide forum of project stakeholders to ensure the critical project risks/issues get the right level of attention and addressed early on;

7. Ensure full compliance to Pernod Ricard’s COBC and governance requirement;

Knowledge and Skills Requirements 知识和技能要求:

？ 3 years or more of proven experience working within innovation, product development, quality or production functions in a CPG or FMCG company;

？ Track record of project management and stakeholder management skills, ideally with live certificate such as PRINCE2 or PMP;

？ Good working knowledge in packaging manufacture or material science;

？ Industrial connection and supplier resource in consumer goods packaging industry preferred;

？ Ability to cope with stress and navigate complexity situations to find viable business solutions;

？ Proficient in MS excel, project and ppt an advantage;

？ English capability a plus;
