岗位职责:
1. As key Compliance team member to continuously refine compliance management system, design and implement various compliance initiatives.
2. Acting as business partner to provide compliance related consultation
3. Conduct compliance risk assessment by identifying, evaluating risks and supporting business to address risks in a fundamental approach
4. Lead compliance monitoring/auditing activities by covering key compliance risk areas
5. Deliver compliance trainings and communication for better compliance culture
6. Supporting on business compliance requirements and client audits.
7. Quite some ad-hoc requests to support business development in a secured and compliance manner. Very diversified exposure with all business departments to handle compliance related questions in a dynamic approach.
任职资格:
1、 Bachelor degree or above, high standards of Integrity and Ethics.
2、 With some project management experience, happy to have diversified exposure with different departments and people.
3、 At least 4 experience of compliance audit,and risk assessment or similar work. Experience in compliance, legal, or QA from CRO will be a big plus.
4、 High sense of responsibility and strive for excellence.
5、 Logical thinking, strong data analysis and professional judgment capability.
6、 Fast learner, strong execution, excellent team spirit and communication skills.
