The incumbent will be responsible for working with other compliance team members and the management of different functions and business units to ensure Schindler compliance program implementation in Schindler Zone China.
Detailed Job Descriptions:
l Conduct compliance risk assessments and risk analysis; iIdentifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risks;
l Analyze and assess business data to capture trends and patterns as well as deviations;
l Conduct compliance audits either independently or in collaboration with other compliance team members to check the implementation of Schindler compliance program, to identify compliance risks and to detect noncompliance and compliance violations;
l Conduct compliance investigations in coordination with other compliance team members, external lawyers, internal auditors or other functional managers;
l Prepare compliance audit and investigation reports;
l Recommend corrective actions to remedy process deficiencies;
l Communicate and coordinate with administrative / judicial law enforcement agencies whenever necessary;
l Other compliance tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
l Degree holder in law or other relevant disciplines;
l Minimum 3-5 years of auditing / investigation / compliance / legal experience;
l Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
l Patient, persistent and detail-minded;
l Ability to handle multi-tasks and prioritize such tasks;
l Language requirements: Proficiency in English, especially in writing;
l Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI
