Position Summary
· Support the IPM in the administrative elements of their role, ensuring excellent relationship with Retailer.
· Ensure complete account management of small retailers under IPM supervision.
· Review daily sales and report any risk/opportunity to IPM and RBDs (including OOS)
· Build all necessary reports to analyze the performance of the IPM’s retailers
· Build assortments with marketing teams
· Build and review trade marketing action plan
· Build Newness forecast and accuracy follow-up
· Support the IPM with managing stock replenishment and orders to ensure optimal stock coverage with the identified retailer(s).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Administration---Support the CAM in all administrative tasks in timely fashion. To include all Sales Analysis (SAP, BI..), preparation of presentations, proactive analytics.
Customer Relationship---Establish and maintain excellent relationships with respective Retailer & Brand teams to facilitate great communications based on trust and reliability.
Fully accountable for smaller retailers of the CAM portfolio, Under the CAM’s supervision.
Visit Retailer/accounts regularly under the CAM’s guidance.
Operations/Logistics/Supply Chain---Work closely with retailers buying team to ensure respect and permanent enhancement is provided to all systems and processes bonding ELC and its retailers. Optimize order fill-rate by pro-actively looking into our daily stock standing in Lachen. Liaise with AROM, Lachen, and the Retailer operations team to ensure agreed stock/inventory levels set for each airport are always maintained. To regularly review the sales and inventory data. Improve speed and accessibility to sales data and ensure adequate sales and productivity statistics are produced. Manage respective retailer assortment/newness and basic catalogue in line with brand strategy.
Daily Sales Reviews---Review the daily sales versus LE across all brands and ensure the RBDs and AROMs are aware of any key points on same day so as to proactively resolve/capitalize where necessary.
Out of Stocks---Monitor and highlight all OOS to the CAM. Take action to resolve as necessary.
Assortment---Collaborate with respective Marketing teams and AROMs to build assortment – twice per year. Present to IPM for review.
Newness---Build forecast in close partnership with marketing and RBDs. Ensure Newness orders are received on timely basis. Review against Forecast to ensure accuracy, input on Excess list where necessary.
Excess---Analyze proactively all excess lists provided by Business Managers, Lachen and/or retailers. Suggest key actions to reduce excess inventories and follow-up in timely manner.
Pre-promotional/monthly orders---Ensure Pre-promotion orders and end of month/fiscal orders are in on time. Where there appears to be a deficit alert CAM immediately.
Competitor Awareness---Maintain log of all competitor activities and share with IPM and AROMs.
Requirements
Sales analysis – strong Excel and Reporting skills;
Sound understanding and experience in retail sales management, commercial acumen;
Customer service focused Excellent communication skills;
Good English &Mandarin
