【职位描述】
- Requirements analysis phase
o Analyze intended use & misuse
o Analyze mounting application load
o Derive product general specification including temperature load profile definition, vibration load definition and humidity/water load definition
- Concept & design phase
o Prepare damage mechanism during focus area analysis, together with mechanical designers
o Join the design concept review
o Analysis the load path based on the design concept
o Compare stress and strength on design element level
- Validation phase
o Collect information to prepare DVP (design validation plan) and validation items
o Create validation plan and final release of ECU (electronic control unit)
o Create physical analysis order to physical analysis team for product analysis after validation
o Create the and external validation report based on function test result, environmental test result and physical analysis result
- Design freeze phase
o Create TCD (technical customer documentation) for projects
o Create QZ specification for projects
- Series production
Problem solving and perform reliability predict/risk assessment for series support or quality complaint issue
【任职要求】
?
Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, material science or related fields
?
Min. 3 years experience
?
Electronic & mechanical components and product realiability
?
Failure mechanism of electrical control unit, experience with acceleration ageing module
?
Problem solving skills under adverse conditions and pressure
