岗位信息

Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

1. Responsible for achieving and exceeding agreed monthly / quarterly / yearly sales target.

* On behalf of the company, negotiate pricing, trade terms, new product introductions, promotion programs with clients in respect of company’s objectives.

* Continuously develop new and potential business opportunities and work closely with wholesalers and customers to further expand sales performance.

* Identify and recommend good merchandising for brand image building and submit the proposal to line manager.

* Assist line manager to deep penetrate wine categories / products in the designated channels.


2. Establish and develop potential and solid working relationship with wholesalers.

* Responsible for maintaining and updating distribution information database for the region.

* Develop effective tools for monitoring wholesaler’s performance on a timely basis.

* Standardize and strengthen collaboration with wholesalers, and ongoing update company business direction for new products launch, promotion plans and trade activities, etc.


3. Coordinate with marketing department with related marketing activities.

* Initiate, design and implement trade and channel promotions to maximize sales volume and capture market share from competitors.

* Implement and coordinate various local marketing activities & sales promotions as required.

* Effective use of POP and design materials to improve the merchandising standard of our products.


4. Fundamental data collection and analysis report.

* Timely collect competitor’s information and status in terms of Channel activities, promotions, pricing and sales trends to line manager.

* Related sales date report and analysis.


Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in commercial or related fields.

2. 3-5 years of solid sales experience in FMCG, Luxury or Wine companies.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Open-minded, passionate, initiative and hard working, willing to work under pressure.

5. Good command of computer & English.
