主要工作职责:
1. 执行公司销售策略,完成公司指定的销售目标
2. 维护和管理现有包括但不限于日店渠道和夜店渠道客户,保持良好的客情关系
3. 挖掘并开发新的客户,与经销商密切合作扩大市场覆盖率
4. 执行和协调各项市场推广活动,确保活动的正常开展,并及时反馈活动信息
5. 及时了解市场动态和竞争对手的信息,预测市场趋势,维护市场价格稳定,执行区域内的市场活动
6. 收集和分析数据及报告 ,提供相关决策信息
7. 负责青岛周边城市的夜店维护,经销商开拓以及重点项目的落地执行.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implement the company's sales strategy and achieve the sales target specified by the company
2. Maintained and managed existing OFF and ON channels and customers, and maintained good customer relationship
3. Explore and develop new channel customers, and work closely with dealers to expand market coverage
4. Implement and coordinate various marketing activities, ensure the normal development of the activities, and provide timely feedback on the activity information
5. Keep abreast of market dynamics and competitors' information, forecast market trends, maintain market price stability, and implement market activities within the region
6. Collect and analyze data and reports to provide relevant decision-making information
7. Responsible for nightclub maintenance, T3/T4 wholesaler development and implementation of key projects in Qingdao surrounding cities.
任职要求:
1. 拥有2-3年以上工作经验,有快速消费品、烟酒、饮料行业从业经验及经销商管理经验者优先考虑
2. 拥有较强的开拓市场能力、陌生拜访及挖掘客户、管理客户及经销商的能力
3. 积极主动,具备优秀的沟通表达能力,较强的学习领悟能力,有创业精神和团队精神,善于捕捉潜在的市场机会
4. 积极主动,工作勤奋,踏实,有热情
5. 良好的计算机技能及基础的英语水平
Requirements:
1. More than 5 years of sales experience, working experience in FMCG, tobacco, alcohol, beverage industry and distributor management experience is preferred
2. Possess strong ability to develop market, visit strangers and explore customers, and manage customers and dealers
3. Proactive, excellent communication and expression skills, strong learning and comprehension ability, entrepreneurial spirit and team spirit, good at capturing potential market opportunities
4. Initiative, hard-working and self-motivated, can work under pressure
5. Good computer skills and basic English
