Job Purpose:
Achieve the sales target, develop market coverage as well as fully utilize company resources in Night outlet through professional management
Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
ü ü Account development
？ Help identify and recruit new MAC on outlets
？ Negotiate trade terms with other commercial model (vol. <100 btl/mon.)
？ Present products and introduce different commercial models to the outlets
？ Develops and maintains good relationship with wholesalers and distributors
ü Sales planning and execution
？ Conduct regular sales visit to implements sales promotion, monitors price and avoids price confusion at market place
？ Influences clients on prioritizing PR products/brands in the store
？ Maximizes sales volume
Requirements:

ü Excellent planning and communications skills, better with night channel management background.
ü Good data analysis ability.
ü Open minded and easy to adapt to changes.
ü Good English in both oral and written.
ü Initiative, hard-working and self-motivated, can work under pressure
