Key Responsibilities:
？ Reviews and develops product literature and proposal of CDMO services; trains new BD fellows, customers and distributors on technical features and benefits of products.
？ Provide & perform technical sales support at customer site
？ To be the interface between the BD and customers – Managing the prospective customers directly in order to define the sales opportunity, negotiation and ensure regular communication with customers
？ Funnel management: Capture customer request / interest for new products by interacting with customers and so develop proposal
？ Communication: Keep all BD and Marketing functions appraised at all times of new developments and opportunities as they arise
？ May assist customers during the sales process to maximize the benefits derived from the organization's products.
？ Maintain a highly visible professional profile for through active participation in industry organizations, technical societies and customer interaction.
？ Attend and participate in national/international industry meetings and trade shows. Perform other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
？ M.Sc. in Life science / Biomedical (Mandatory), PHD in Life Science / Biomedical is perfect.
？ Experience: minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Life science or Parma Industry only.
？ Well Versed with MS (Excellent presentation skills, hands on experience in Excel)
？ Experience in dealing with research portfolio, application support to customers, Instrumentation demonstration & Collaboration with Sales team.
？ Seeks to understand the corporate strategy and how his/her business area contributes to the company’s success
？ Excellent in Communication Skills.
