岗位信息
Main tasks:
1、Daily Operation Management：
- Ensure settlement accuracy and time efficiency during daily service job‘s settlement for both internal engineer and external service partners.
- Ensure onsite auditing are well planned and implemented with high quality.
- Ensure service new system implementation and utilization meets business requirements and make continuous improvement during daily usage.
- Ensure service system follows cyber security regulations globally and locally.
2、Continuous Improvement：
- Optimize service process and update policies to control business operational risks.
- Optimize supporting functions’ process, resources to better support service business growth.
3、Team Management：
- Manage and develop team in sustainable way, and ensure all key responsibilities are met.
- Build up talent pipeline to meet increased business requirements.
Education /Know-how and experience：
1、 Bachelor degree or above.
2、At least 5 -10 years management experience in service business.
3、Good at project management, leadership and communication skills.
4、Fluent in both written and spoken English.
5、Experience in business process optimization or business performance management is preferred.
