岗位信息
Job Description
- Responsible for the efficiency of incoming shipments, and make sure each shipment completing custom clearance on-time and properly.
- Responsible for the efficiency of the outsourced warehouse, including inbound, outbound and stock management.
- Play an interface role between CN affiliate warehouse, TR China team, TR Singapore team, Lachen team and out; and take ownership for a sustainable cooperation.
- Ensure process adoption and execution of daily tasks in a timely and quality manner;
- To be responsible for the efficiency of incoming shipments, cooperate with CN affiliate importation team to make sure each shipment completing custom clearance on-time and properly.
- To proactively prepare and monitor incoming shipment material documentations, including LS documents preparing, declare elements information gathering, local master data maintain, continuously improving the custom clearance process both internally and externally.
- Monitor overseas shipment delivery and custom clearance status, proactively communicate with Global, regional, and local team if foresee any issues to reduce business impact.
- Coordinate with CN affiliate team for delivering shipments from CN affiliate bonded warehouse/Pudong port to our outsourced warehouse once finish custom clearance, delivering relevant inbound products information and qty to commercial team for them ordering.
- To ensure smooth and accurate daily operation from the outsourced warehouse, including inbound and outbound, and escalate anticipations of any problems, inefficiencies, or difficulties in advance.
- Monthly warehouse inventory management and audit, inbound and outbound activities, existing inventory level, aging stock level.
- Conduct quarterly aging stock destruction and audit onsite.
- Monthly warehouse billing audit, verification, budget control to ensure an accurate and efficient finance performance.
- Develop service and value improvement plans for warehouse, track and report, to manage and develop relations with internal and external stakeholders in order to achieve service needs consistently.
- Good command of English (written and spoken) and Mandarin
- Experience in supplier / 3rd party / outsourced logistics solution management.
- Good knowledge in warehouse operation and process/flow, transportation, customs clearance process and requirement.
- Experience in systems and process optimization
- Sensitivity to data analysis which is support decisive solution
- Skills with an emphasis on communications both externally and internally across multiple functions Influencing and collaboration skills with multifunctional stakeholders.
