Objectives:
- Accountable for demand planning and replenishment order fulfillment.
- Market focus and presence at the Customer to response to the market requirements towards growth and Customer satisfaction
Main Tasks:
- Continuously improve the S&OP (Sales & Operation planning) process. Ensure utilization of planning processes, maintenance of relevant master data and improving planner knowledge.
- Implement business rules & monitor business rules adherence PLAN.
- Monitor merchandise purchase order based on sales forecasts and in line with annual budget.
- Monthly review sales forecasts input by the sales representative together with sales manager & LOM (demand review meetings)
- Monthly analyze sales performance compared to sales forecasts and discuss the results with sales team.
- Work closely with import team to anticipate any delay of product shipment.
- Communicate with sales on known/ unexpected manufacture challenges as advised by Regional Planner
- Optimize and monitor months forward covered stock (DIV); support the portfolio rationalization initiative and drive the implementation.
- Coordinate closely with marketing, manufacturing and supply companies to define, implement and review the inventory levels (minimum order quantity, re-order point, safety stock level, in-transit, etc), for finished goods to prevent material shortage and ensure stable supply.
- Responsible for Country sales plan, collaborate with account manager in monthly cycle to finalize the allocation sales plan.
- Define action plan with sales when actual open orders exceed monthly sales plan allocation
- Communicate with regional planner on changes made
- Communicate with regional planner on APO master data (i.e. location mapping) for responsible countries
- Maintain material master data at local warehouse and sales org.
- Maintain transportation lane in APO for replenishment into local warehouse
- Request ICTP for NPI (new product introduction)
- Work with BEX on system issues / testing feedback
- Collaborate with distributor to improve on the quality of forecast
- Partner with sales to develop and enforce business rules with distributors
- Review and improve distributor frequency of ordering to meet minimum ordering quantity (MOQ) to maximize logistics costs
- Define action plan with distributor to clear aging stock
- Steer Go-To-Market process ensure measures are in place to reach target KPI’s
- Drive process improvements with all stakeholders.
- Maintain and contribute to customer orientated and positive culture in the team
- Drive Supply Chain Customer interaction to add value on both sites and keep cost under control
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain or Logistics Management Working
- Experience: 5 years or above in Supply chain management
- Technical & Professional Knowledge: Supply chain planning, scheduling and operations knowledge; data analysis skills; professional SAP usage experience will be a plus
