岗位信息

Main Tasks:

1、Conduct market research on price related data & index:

- Collect and consolidate and maintain the competitive intelligence data, as well as identify and analysis the key elements of market intelligence.

- Looking at industry standard, monitoring and collecting China’s key financial index data in micro/macro-economic level.

- Tracking key price index trend of raw material price change periodically.

- Provide basic insight and analysis about the market data fluctuation, which to support pricing decision.

2、Reporting & Monitoring pricing in sales company:

- Keeping update product performance & price report tool to help PMs and sales team to track the price performance by detail products / regions / customer level to show ASP/Volume/Margin/discount/product mix/Price effect. etc.)

- In charge of data analysis to support Pricing manager to deep dive on pricing performance improvement and change management.

- Generate report for tracking and analysis the price factors and changes which based on the different customer journey or sales channel. (on/off-line).

- Support to build up analysis platform by using data visualization tools for modeling, analyzing and presenting business overview. Increase the efficiency for report key users to read key product performance index & business overview.

3、Price set up and implementation:

- Cooperate with the focal point in PIPO process to keep the price data update in system for NPI, product phase out and annual price adjustment.

- Keep the recommend selling price guideline update in an efficient way to ensure fares are available in all distribution channels.

- Coordinate audits and respond to group queries.

4、Pricing Tools, methodology & facilities development:

- Period update & enhance the tool for user – friendly and meet the business model. (Price approval template with margin analysis & price waterfall analysis/ project pricing tool etc.)

- Customize the requests and NSC knowledge to central pricing team for pricing tool creation & enhancement. (DVMs/ bundling toolbox/ Price-Volume-Assessment (PASST)/ Discount and Rebate guideline etc.)

- Coordinate training for local users about pricing knowledge. Apply Vaillant group pricing methodology & tools for use by proper person in a proper way.


Education / Experience:

1、Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on commercial aspects, e.g., Statistical Analysis, Economics or Marketing, or a similar field.

2、Knowledge of Revenue Managements systems.

3、Above 3 years relevant working experience related to pricing/business analysis and marketing intelligence or similar function.

4、Working experience in HVAC or related industries will be plus.

Soft skills:

1、Ability to communicate in English both in written and oral.

2、Strong, quantitative analytical and problem-solving skills.

3、well-versed in math and economics.

4、Good teamwork qualities.

5、Professional ability to use Office tools, and very familiar with SAP and BW report.

6、Highly proficient in data analytics tools. Proficiency in programming languages(python), database language (SQL) and visualization tools (PBI) is plus.

Character / personality:

1、Quick and logical thinker.

2、Ability to manage multiple assignments and change priorities under pressure and uncertainty.

3、Decisive, action and results-oriented.
