工作职责
1、 负责新产品的配方设计、工艺研究、质量研究、稳定性研究、保健品注册与备案等工作；
New production development, including formula design, production process development, quality research, stability study and health food registration or notification.
2、 负责新品开发的项目管理工作；
Management work of new production development
3. 联系外部供应商及科研机构，负责原料的筛选，新原料应用开发、验证等；
Make connection with suppliers and research institutions, raw materials selection, implementation and verification of new raw materials.
4、跟进产品研发转生产的相关工作；
Follow up the transition from product development to production.
5、及时跟进国家法律法规的更新，维护升级现有产品；
Follow up the change and update of relevant laws and regulations, maintain and upgrade the present products.
6、与相关部门合作，完成标签设计、审批工作；
Work with relevant departments to finish label design and approval work.
7、收集并整理行业相关的最新文献资料，了解市场上保健品，功能食品，营养品的发展趋势。
Keep up to date with the latest relevant literatures, have an overview of health & functional food products in the market, and product development trend.
任职要求
1、 食品学，营养学，生物学，或药学专业硕士或博士学位；英语六级或以上。
Master or doctorate degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Biology, or Medical. CET-6 or above.
2、 3年以上在营养食品，保健食品或药品方面的产品开发经验。
3-year work experiences or above in health food or medical product development.
3、 熟悉新品开发流程（包括配方设计、原料筛选、小试、中试、产品检测、稳定性研究等等），能够协调包装与工艺团队将新配方实现为成品。
Familiar with procedures of new product development (including formula design, raw materials selection, experimental production, pilot production, product testing, stability study, etc.)
4、 了解食品法规和营养，参与制定产品标签，产品宣称等。
Have an overview of relevant regulations, establish product label and claims.
5、 乐于沟通，具备较强的项目管理能力及团队协作能力，善于创新者优先。
Good at communication, good team worker, and innovative.
6、 能快速有效查询中英文文献，保健食品注册或备案经验者优先。
Capacity to read both Chinese and English literatures. Experienced in Bluehat registration or notification is preferred.
7、 待人真诚、平和，工作积极主动。
Sincere, easy-going, and enthusiastic in work.
