Responsibilities:
- Selection of the most appropriate type of protection (Patent, Design, Copyright, …) and best way to proceed
- Definition of the creation/inventions, preparation of the filings (drafting or subcontracting), filings, prosecutions
- Participation to the decisions regarding foreign filings,
- Patent portfolio management and Definition of product coverage strategy with R&D/Projects
- Management of the IP training for R&D/R&I teams (organization of sessions (face to face or remote), adaptation of the support in view of the targeted audience, follow-up of the training activity via mylearning tool)
- Presentations on specific IP topics (new IP laws, specific practices…) to IP network (oral presentations during IP meetings, newsletters, articles on IP portal…)
- Active support for IP network training related working groups
- Project studies in view of identified competitor patents
- Action for reorienting any project in case of infringement risk
- Patent clearances and IP Rights validity studies based on one or cluster of families and including risk assessment
- Contribution to Oppositions cases / Nullity suits against patents granted to third parties
- Study and follow-up of infringement claims and litigations
- Infringement detection and validity check of the files
- Offensive pre-litigation or litigation actions, in liaison with IP, BG Managements and other involved functions and according to Group rules
- Reviewing of IP clauses in agreements, propositions of modification in agreements

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Engineering or related.
- Chinese Patent Attorney.
- English and Chinese mandator.
