As a Customer Support & Project Controlling Specialist, you will be responsible for order handling and project controlling for CNDMX CPP for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing and checking orders: price, material, special requirement, delivery date.
- Being responsible for Order change handling
- Ensuring Delivery release, document preparation
- Being responsible for Pre-cal maintenance, billing, AR collection
- Improving order handling process and control risk
- Being responsible for project control, margin slippage follow up, financial result checking etc.
- Ensuring full cost model ratio update and support quotation team implementation.
- Providing other supports if required.
- A Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Law, International trade, Economic related.
- A good understanding of financial and business processes
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English
- Good at Microsoft Software: Excel, Power Point etc.
