Commercial Lawyer/In-house Counsel (Commercial)
Job Highlights:
*MUST:
Bachelor Law Degree; Profession in law, especially contract related
Fluent oral English, and proficient in professional legal English
*Duties include but not limited to:
1. Draft, review and negotiate bilingual contracts independently (including but not limited product development/supply/procurement/marketing/distribution/sale/warehousing/logistic/lease)
2. Draft, review and approve legal documents related to business processes independently
3. Provide legal advice and support in the areas of business activities, policies and transactions
4. Contribute to the process and practice improvement initiatives in China
5. Update and Maintain contract template database
6. Manage legal projects as assigned
*Requirements:
1. Bachelor law degree; 3+ years relevant working experience;
2. Good command in speaking and written English
3. Proficient in professional Legal English
4. Cautious, meticulous, and well organized;
5. Strong communication and coordination skills (both verbal and written)
6. Self-responsibility, honesty and integrity
7. Immediately available preferred
