1. Make sure all AMEC business are compliant with the export control laws and regulations in each country where AMEC does business. The responsibilities will include but not limited to the followings:
？a. customer screenings
？b. transactions screenings
？c. annual audits
？d. license applications
？e. ECCN identifications
f. product classifications
g. set up and implementation of process revelant to export compliance
2. Prepare/Update export compliance trainings slides and conduct compliance training both for employees from AMEC China and its subsidiaries.
3. Respond to inquiries from AMEC employees regarding compliance issues and questions
4. Monitor and analyze on export control regulations and their potential impact for AMEC by interpreting and explaining export control requirements and regulations, which includes but not limited to U.S, China, and etc.,
5. Other tasks assigned by line Manager.
