岗位信息
Position Summary:
To lead and manage demand and global factory capacity and drive all supply data go to system and training staff to achieve organizational goals and improvements
- Establish and implement methods and World Class best practices related to the systems and process that support demand and supply analysis
- Develop supply base that can support Mil global operations
- Standardize data flow process and reports
- Support global transfer projects
- Combined view, tracking and analysis of global demand and capacity
List the key qualification required or preferred for the candidate (examples shown below)
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- More than 10 years’ experience in global supply chain;
- Speak/ write English fluently;
- Strong negotiate skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Excel and Word and PPT;
- Familiar with ERP or Oracle;
- High level understanding of forecasting, production planning, capacity study, MRP and material planning
- Personality of honesty, Integrity, cooperative, open minded and optimistic
