岗位信息

Main Responsibilities 主要岗位职责

1. 管理销售团队日常工作,定期监督团队的销售记录以及收款进度必要时提供建议和指导,确保在指定销售区域的酒店餐饮渠道实现或超额完成个人以及团队的销售目标

2. 引导团队的销售成员发掘客户的潜力并制定对应的策略如何进行有效的销售陈述,销售方案的建议,商务谈判,来满足客户的需求并提升客户的满意度

3. 清楚了解目标客户的需求及独特的商业环境,根据公司竞争优势及库存情况,为客户量身定制促销/购买方案

4. 管理团队客户的投资回报,并确保所有的投入得到销量的回报并且保持在健康的水平

5. 协助销售总监对团队销售成员进行KPI考核,和团队销售成员分享销售技巧和销售策略,提供有针对性的改进建议和反馈

6. 与公司各相关部门密切合作,为客户提供专业的葡萄酒培训和活动支持来促进销量

7. 关注进口葡萄酒的市场,分析竞争对手的产品和活动,挖掘潜在商机,根据市场情况对促销活动和价格策略做出及时的销售策略调整

8. 定期提交上月销售分析、下月销售计划、每周客户跟进情况以及上级要求的其它报告。

9. 直属上级根据业务需求分配的其他任务

1. Managing team’s daily work, supervise regular follow up team’s sales records and provide advice and guidance when necessary, to ensure the sales targets of individuals and teams are achieved or exceeded in on-trade channel in the designated sales area

2. Guide the team members to explore the potential customers and develop corresponding strategies about how to carry out effective sales presentation, solution proposal, business negotiation and close deals to meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction

3. To have sufficient understanding/observation and be very clear in targeted customers' needs and their unique business environment, capable to utilize company’s competitive advantage & stock situation to make corresponding promotion/buying plan for specific customer.

4. Managing individual customers' ROI and make sure all the investment are being retuned in sales and maintain healthy level

5. Assist the sales director to conduct KPI assessment of team members, share sales skills and sales strategies with team members, and provide targeted improvement suggestions and feedback to leverage their capability

6. Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide customers with professional wine training and event support to promote sales

7. Keep self-updated of wine market, analyze the products and activities of competitors, tap potential business opportunities, and make timely sales strategy adjustments to promotional activities and price strategies according to market conditions

8. Regularly submit sales analysis of last month, sales plan for next month, weekly customer follow-up and other assigned report to line manager.

主要岗位要求

1. 大专或以上学历

2. WSET3以上或相等的证书

3. 八年以上相关工作经验,优秀的团队领导力

4. 积极主动,具有战略思维和影响力

5. 出色的沟通及谈判能力

6. 对葡萄酒行业充满热情,抗压能力强

1. Associate degree or above,

2. WSET3 above or equivalent certificate is a plus

3. 8-year proven track record in wine industry, with strong team management skills

4. Proactive & strategic thinking and influencing skills

5. Excellent communication & negotiation skills

6. Passion about wine industry and can work under pressure
