Job Summary

职位概述

管理公司的数据分析团队，为业务发展提供各类数据支持；

为各地分公司和总部业务部门提供各种数据服务；

为管理层业务决策提供数据分析，业务预测，以及销售策略建议；

Managing the company's data analysis team and providing various types of data support for business development.

Providing a variety of data services to local branches and headquarters business units.

Providing data analysis, business forecasts, and sales strategy recommendations for management business decisions.

Duties and Responsibilities

职务与职责

1，依托完善的系统报表，为各业务部门提供数据服务支持；包括但不限于：公司主要KPI业务数据报表，各类促销和业务活动跟踪报表，每月和每周的综合业务分析报告等；

2，利用大数据分析工具，跟踪和分析业务机会点，进行模拟，分析和预测相关业务促销和激励活动，并提出方案建议；

3，对公司各业务规划进行数据测算，分析ROI，复盘各类活动，给管理层决策提供专业的数据支持。

4，协同电脑部，财务部和美国总部的数据团队，优化公司数据系统和报告，为公司经销商团队提供专业的数据工具，为公司管理层体提供业务分析报告；

5，带领数据分析团队，协同外部第三方的资源，搭建企业数据中台，利用数据对业务进行赋能。

1, relying on the perfect system reports, to provide data service support for various business departments; including but not limited to: the company's main KPI business data reports, various types of promotions and business activities tracking reports, monthly and weekly comprehensive business analysis reports, etc..

2, using big data analysis tools to track and analyze business opportunity points, conduct simulations, analyze and forecast relevant business promotions and incentive activities, and make program recommendations.

3, data measurement of the company's various business plans, analysis of ROI, review of various activities, and provide professional data support to management decision-making.

4, collaborate with the data team of computer department, finance department and US headquarters to optimize the company's data system and reports, provide professional data tools for the company's dealer team, and provide business analysis reports for the company's management body.

5, lead the data analysis team, collaborate with external third-party resources, build the enterprise data middle desk, and use data to empower the business.

Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements

任职资格/知识，技能及能力

8年以上工作经验

具备销售企业数据分析经验，直销企业优先

精通EXCEL等业务数据分析工具

良好的中英文听说读写能力

具备良好的团队管理和沟通能力，能在较强的工作压力下工作

More than 8 years working experience

Experience in data analysis for sales companies, preferably direct sales companies

Proficient in EXCEL and other business data analysis tools

Good listening, speaking and reading skills in English and Chinese

Good team management and communication skills, able to work under strong pressure
