Main characteristics (Challenges)
To support China Commercial strategy on premiumization growth, support Innovation on pre-seed and seed Innovation launch, support On-Trade restaurant business from planning until delivery including bottle shop store. Involve supply network design to produce the products at the right place to improve supply sustainability, improve freshness and cost efficiency.
Accountabilities
（1） Define supply inventory strategy in APAC. Scope including FG inventory across networks, material inventory strategy, returnable package material inventory, NPI inventory strategy.
（2） Inventory value & cashflow control through connecting inventory strategy with operational inventory level.
（3） Supply Chain Loss Control & minimization.
（4） Finish Goods freshness control & improvement.
（5） Owner of Zone E-S&OP topics on: Cashflow/Inventory Value; Supply Chain Loss.
（6） Zone ZBB SCL package budgeting & LE performance management.
（7） Owner of zone LCP (Logistics Centralization Excellence Program) on pillar: Inventory Policy; Material Planning; DC Replenishment Planning.
Requirements
（1） English, read & write, able to have meeting in English.
（2） Education, Bachelor degree.
（3） Experience, supply chain project management or supply design or planning experience.
