Digital
Commerce Logistics Manager will lead the customer service improvement in all
China digital commerce channels, drive NPS and operation efficiency including
order fulfillment, transportation and return process, support China digital
commerce strategy implementation.
Accountabilities
1. Improve product availability and customer experience (customer centricity)
2. Make our delivery model flexible and transparency
3. Manage and Work with external stakeholders to optimize full EC end to end process
4. S&OP with Sales team
5. CPFR with TP/CaiNiao/JD
6. Implement Direct to Consumer project to support business growth
7. Digital Commerce Transport Annual budget & Tender working & Cost tracking and LE
8. Performance-KPI analysing and benchmarking
9. Service level improvement, Order fulfillment time, refusal rate, DSR improvement
Education
Bachelor Degree and above, major in Supply Chain and Logistics is preferred
Experience
3-4 years working experience in consumer foods industry
Technical competencies (Job related)
Good written skills
Good personal skills
Team worker
Positive and aggressive, willing to take challenges
