岗位信息
- Working closely with engineering, sourcing and MPM teams on patent matters.
- Following up products development and gather timely and comprehensive IP submission.
- Attending regular product development meetings and having regular communication with engineers to get product development updates and technical information.
- Understanding product technical details from legal perspective.
- Communicating design guidelines to engineers at early stage of product developments.
- Assisting in briefing patents prior art to engineers, discussing and developing alternative design options with engineers.
- Assisting in briefing patent applications to engineers, discussing patent drafts and developing alternative embodiments with engineers.
- Assisting in communication of patent risks and other patent related information to engineers.
- Liaising with engineers and sourcing team to ensure IP compliance.
- Assisting with IP meetings, IP trainings, IP search and ad hoc assignments.
职位要求：
- A recognized bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or electrical. Work experience at IP firm or in-house legal department is preferred.
- Good command of written English and Chinese. Proficiency in spoken English is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communicational skills.
- Able to work effectively with high quality.
- A self-starter with a “can do” approach. Eager to drive key initiatives and see them through to successful implementation.
- Ability to prioritize efforts and efficiently work under pressure. Mature, pleasant personality, excellent team player.
