Key Accountabilities

? Business analyst that can draw key insights to formulate reports for senior management

? This role falls within business development department but will partner cross functionally with the retail and finance teams to provide data driven insights.
? You will be responsible for collecting and interpreting data and summarizing the findings into actionable plan to support growth and efficiency for business development

? You will are able to work with finance and retail team for the finance model and P&L for working out an executable case

? You will develop process documentation, project metrics and data visualization (flow charts, PPT visuals and excel) for department communication
? You are able to plan yearly insight projects in time without any delay
? You are a great listener and an even better storyteller, capable of using data and insights to thread together a possible direction of exploration
? You can perform valid and reliable research gathered from existing data or by conducting new surveys or research testing through traditional means
? Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices


Competencies & Qualifications

? BS/BA in Business, mathematics or relevant discipline required
? Work experience as Business Analyst, Strategic Planner, Management Consultant
? Proven experience of working with data analysis and financial modeling, solving sophisticated data challenges and presenting results and outcomes in a clear and insightful way
? Strong working knowledge of business management best practices
? Solid knowledge of data analysis, research techniques and data collection methods
? Familiarity with common Microsoft tool: Excel and PPT, power bi or Oracle planning will be a plus
? Able to develop detailed, actionable proposals and plans using research gathered from various data pools and present to senior management in a clear and concise way
? Effective project management, detail oriented and dedication to deliver results on timelines
? Impeccable organizational and communication skills
? Aptitude for analytical and creative thinking
? Excellent PowerPoint and writing skills
? Fluency in English
